Dusetos Art Gallery was founded in 1995. The mission of Dusetos Gallery of Art of the Cultural Centre (Kultūros centras Dusetų dailės galerija) is to initiate and ensure the identity of Lithuanian national culture, to cherish the cultural uniqueness of the land of Dusetos, to care for the development of modern culture; to execute cultural exchange with foreign countries, to seek creation of convenient conditions for free expression and development of culture; to rally the painters, photographers who live in or are the natives of the land of Dusetos by organizing exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, to present their artworks; to execute educational activities in Dusetos Gallery of Art that would satisfy the cultural needs of all age groups in the local community.
Dusetos Gallery of Art of the Cultural Centre arranges classical and popular music concerts, meetings, creation evenings, get-togethers, shows motion-pictures, performances. There are amateurish groups, art studio in the Cultural Centre. Exhibitions of art and photography, plein-airs, symposiums are organized, informative publications, artbooks are published. Dusetos Sculpture Park has been developed since 2008.
